1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and export of ox gallstones (“Products”) by OX BV, a company registered in the Netherlands. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

3. Product Disclaimer

  • All ox gallstones are 100% natural and sourced in compliance with applicable animal health and veterinary regulations.

  • Products are intended for legal medicinal and industrial use only and not for human or animal consumption unless explicitly authorized under local laws.

4. Orders and Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to availability and written confirmation.

  • Upon confirmation, a proforma invoice will be issued detailing product specifications, pricing, delivery terms, and payment instructions.

  • The buyer is responsible for ensuring all information is accurate before confirming the order.

5. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Prices are quoted in EUR or USD, exclusive of VAT and shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

  • Full payment must be received via bank transfer prior to shipment unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • Late payments may result in delays and additional fees.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipments are arranged in accordance with Incoterms 2020.

  • OX BV is not liable for delays caused by customs, force majeure, or carrier disruptions.

  • Risk and ownership transfer upon delivery as per agreed Incoterm (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW).

7. Import & Regulatory Compliance

  • The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring import permits and compliance with their local health, customs, and trade regulations.

  • OX BV will provide necessary export documentation but assumes no responsibility for import rejections or confiscations.

8. Quality and Inspection

  • Products are visually inspected and graded prior to dispatch.

  • Third-party inspection can be arranged at buyer’s request and expense.

  • Claims related to product quality must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery, along with photographic evidence.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • OX BV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the invoiced goods in question.

10. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep all trade, client, and pricing information strictly confidential.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

  • Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

12. Amendments

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be effective upon posting on our website or sharing with clients.
